One Skillet Beef Stroganoff
A hearty pasta meal, successfully contained in a single skillet.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups white mushrooms chopped or sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat and saute mushrooms until browned. Remove mushrooms.

Add the butter to the skillet and melt.

Add the onion, ground beef, and garlic powder. Stir and cook until browned then drain the liquid.

Add the flour, and paprika and continue to stir and cook.

Pour in the dry sherry, and beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Add the egg noodles, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer covered until noodles are tender.

Add the mushrooms and sour cream. Stir well and serve.
