Four Ingredient Berries and Cream Hand Pie
Easy mini pies made with cream cheese and jam.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup berry jam
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 pie crust sheet
Egg Wash
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions

Use a cup or a mug to cut out circles from the pie crust sheet.

Place about 2 tbsp of the cream cheese and 1 tbsp of the jam in the center of a round pie crust.

Use water to moisten the outer edge of the pie crust and place another pie crust over the toppings and seal with a fork.

Brush the egg wash over each pie and use a knife to create a small slit on top.

Place the pies on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
