Cinnamon Syrup Glazed Donuts
Soft and chewy donut balls coated in cinnamon sugar and brown sugar syrup.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 1/4 cup soybean flour
- 1/2 tspn baking powder
- 4 cups oil for frying
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tspn ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar syrup for coating
Instructions

Beat sugars and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.

Add melted butter and whisk.

Sift in flour, soybean flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Roll dough into ping pong-sized balls.

Preheat frying oil to 370°F or medium high heat.

Fry the dough balls until golden brown.

Let oil drain off the dough balls on a paper towel.

Mix the sugar and ground cinnamon to make cinnamon sugar.

Roll the doughnuts in cinnamon sugar.

Drizzle brown sugar syrup on top.
