A whole s'more crammed into a single glass, with an Irish cream twist!
- 3 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- Graham crackers
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate sauce
- Large marshmallows
Crush the graham crackers into fine little bits, then layer them at the bottom of a glass or mason jar.
Top the graham layer with a layer of chocolate sauce and mini marshmallows. There's no hard and fast requirement here, just add as much as you like! Top the whole thing off with a couple of large marshmallows.
Drizzle the Irish Cream on top to finish the drink. For added authenticity, brown the marshmallows with a creme brulee torch.
