Cream Cheese Pickles
A kosher pickle, some schmear, and your favorite deli meat makes a fantastic snack.
- 8 kosher dill pickles patted dry
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 ½ ounces thin-sliced beef cold cuts or your favorite deli meat
Spread the cream cheese around each whole pickle, then wrap 2 slices of meat around each. Let the pickles chill in the fridge overnight, then slice them up to serve.
