Cinnamon Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tspn cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspn vanilla
  • fruit to serve

Instructions

  1. In a small serving bowl, combine the yogurt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.

  2. Add the honey or maple syrup to taste. Mix well.

  3. Serve with your favorite fruit.
