Salisbury Steak
Even the pickiest eaters can't resist a good ol' fashioned Salisbury.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup onion soup mix
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce and make into four equal patties.

Grease pan and cook patties for four minutes on each side and remove from pan.
Sauce

Add the butter and garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the mushrooms and cook for five minutes.

Add the water, red wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and soup mix. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Add the beef patties and cook for 8-10 minutes with the lid closed. Serve with your choice of sides.
