Korean Beef Ribs
Enjoy one of the more popular Korean dishes at home either over the grill or in the broiler.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs Beef Ribs
Marinade
- 1/3 cup Sake
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 7 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 4 Scallions Chopped
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tspn Sesame Oil
- 1 1/3 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tspn Ground Black Pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, soy sauce, garlic, scallions, brown sugar, sesame oil, water, vegetable oil, and ground black pepper and mix well.

Marinate the beef ribs with the marinade covered and making sure the ribs are also coated well with the marinade at least 2 hours. Marinate overnight for maximum flavor.

This may be cooked either on a grill or in a broiler. Cook for 6 minutes on each side or until done over medium-high heat.
