Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh tuna steaks cubed
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ¾ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium nonreactive bowl (ceramic, glass, etc.), combine the tuna, soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and crushed pepper. Mix it all well, then throw it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Recipe Notes

If you don't have fresh tuna, frozen's fine, though it might not taste as good.
