Air Fried Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 250 g ground chicken or pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 half cup grated carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil spray

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables soften. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
  3. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon filling near one corner, fold the bottom over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray the basket with oil.
  5. Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
