An easy pizza recipe made with tortillas for the crust and folded into a quesadilla.
- 1 tortilla
- 2 tbsp marinara or pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- toppings: Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, sausage, pepperoni, etc.
- marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat a griddle or large skillet on medium heat.
Evenly spread the marinara sauce on half of your tortilla then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
Add your toppings of choice and then add another layer of mozzarella cheese.
Fold the tortilla over in half.
Grease the griddle or skillet and cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
