Beef is So Five Minutes Ago, Try a Lamb Burger!

This burger is so tender, it practically melts in your mouth!

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 4- inch sprig rosemary chopped
  • 4 sprigs thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, making sure to lightly oil the grate.

  2. In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together. Shape that stuff into 4 burger patties.

  3. Cook the burgers the grill until they start to turn firm, about 5 minutes per side. They should be hot and still have a bit of pink in the middle. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite fixings.
