Vegan PB&J Ice Cream

Peanut butter and jelly flavors pop in this banana based frozen treat.

  • 6 large very ripe bananas
  • 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup grape jelly


  1. Slice bananas and freeze them for 2-3 hours.
  2. In a blender, add frozen bananas and puree until smooth. Next add peanut butter and jelly, pulsing until it comes together.
  3. Scrape into a freezer-safe bowl and freeze for another hour.
  4. Scoop, serve, and enjoy! 😀
