Slow Cooker Pot Roast
A deliciously savory slow cooker meal that makes its own gravy!
- 2 10.75 ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1 ounce package dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 5 1/2 pounds pot roast
Break out the slow cooker! In the pot, mix everything except the pot roast. Once that's mixed, place the pot roast in the pot and give it a generous coating with the mixture.
Leave that stuff in the pot on Low for 8 to 9 hours. If you're in a rush (relatively speaking) you can get it done in 3 to 4 hours on High.
