Frozen Mango Bellini
An explosion of fruit flavor in a single glass.
- 1 ½ fluid ounces mango juice
- 3 fluid ounces Prosecco
- ½ fluid ounce orange-flavored liqueur
- 10 ounces ice cubes
- 1 sprig fresh mint for garnish
- 1 slice fresh mango for garnish, optional
Pour the mango juice, Prosecco, and orange liqueur into a blender, specifically in that order! Once they're all in there, add the ice.
Blend everything until it's a single smooth mixture. Pour the mix into a serving glass and garnish with a mint sprig and, if you're in the mood, a slice of fresh mango.
