With jalapenos and agave nectar, this margarita is a spicy fiesta in your mouth!
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 4 fluid ounces tequila
- 2 fluid ounces triple sec
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- ½ jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
- 1 limes cut into wedges
First, let's prep the glasses. Pour between 1/4 and 1/2 inches of the salt onto a small, shallow plate. Use water to get the rims of your glasses moist, then dip the rims into the salt. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice. Put the cover on and shake it up until the outside is frosty. Strain the mix into the prepped glasses, and garnish with lime wedges. Careful, these guys have a kick!
