Caramelize the Bananas

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice your bananas into thick rounds. Heat coconut oil or butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the banana slices. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. If you prefer, you can also bake the banana slices on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until caramelized.
Blend the Smoothie
