Cheese Shell Mini Tacos
Mini tacos made with a baked cheese shell.

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapenos chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- salsa
- sour cream
Instructions

Divide shredded cheddar cheese by about 2 tbsp each and place on a baking pan or sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Scrape the cheese off the pan and hang over a wooden spoon or pole to create a hard taco shell.

Brown the ground beef. Add the onions, jalapenos, garlic, taco seasoning, and water. Mix well and cook through.

Stuff the cheese taco shells with the seasoned beef. Top with salsa and sour cream and enjoy.
