Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 half teaspoon salt
- 3 quarter cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the topping
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil and mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 6 to 8 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes until slightly risen.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
