Apple Crumble
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 4 medium apples peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flour
For the crumble topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and flour until well coated.

Spread the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt for the topping.

Add the cold butter cubes and rub them into the mixture using your fingers until it forms a crumbly texture.
