Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey optional
  • 4 –5 ice cubes optional, if using fresh fruit

Instructions
