Ingredients
For the chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 half cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Olive oil for frying
For the topping
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
