Ingredients
- 2 cups apple juice
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 2 eaches bay leaves or more to taste
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs
Instructions
-
Combine the apple juice, apple cider vinegar, and liquid smoke in the pressure cooker's pot. Top the mix with the bay leaves.
-
Stick a trivet in the pot and place the ribs on top. You may need to trim the ribs a bit to make them fit. Close and lock the lid and seal the valve. Set the cooker for high pressure on a 15-minute timer. It'll probably take 10-15 minutes for the pressure to build up to where it needs to be.
-
Follow the cooker's instructions to release the pressure over the course of about 15 minutes. Pop the lid and enjoy.
