Tex-Mex Chicken Strips
Crispy, savory, and moist baked chicken tenders.
- 1/2 cup corn chips finely crushed
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 5 tspn taco seasoning
- cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
Preheat your oven to 400℉.
In a bowl, combine the crushed chips, the bread crumbs, Mexican cheese, taco seasoning, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Dip the chicken tenderloin in the melted butter, then roll them in the bread crumb mixture and coat well. Place on a parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake the chicken four about 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165℉ in the center.
