Tortilla Dessert Cups

Ingredients
- 6 6 Inch Tortilla
- Melted Butter
- Cinnamon Sugar
- 12 Muffin Pan
- Favorite Fruits and Berries
Whipped Cream Filling
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Instructions

Brush melted butter on each side of the tortilla and lightly coat with the cinnamon sugar.

Cut the tortilla into quarters and place to pieces into each muffin holder. Place the rounded edges of the tortilla on the outside to create a cup. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream, vanilla extract and sugar and use a mixer on medium to high setting to whip until the peaks are stiff.

Fill each tortilla cup with a spoonful of the whipped cream and top with your favorite fruits and/or berries. Lightly coat with powdered sugar for an even sweeter experience.
