Pan-Toasted Garbanzos

Ingredients
- 2 cans garbanzos 31 oz, drained
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups tender mixed herbs like parsley, basil, cilantro, chives
- kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Place garbanzos in a large skillet or Dutch oven and sautee for 5 minutes. Now, add garlic and oil, making sure to season with salt and pepper.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until garbanzos are crisped, golden brown, and some have split open, about 10–15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in herbs.
