- 2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 green onion minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- fresh ground black pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Slowly warm the mix for about 5 minutes, occasionally giving the pan a little shake, until the sauce has a creamy consistency.
