Chorizo Queso Dip
Molten cheese loaded with spicy chorizo.
- 10 ounces bulk chorizo sausage
- 1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 8 ounce package processed cheese, cubed
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the chorizo sausage in there until it's cooked completely, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain out the grease and transfer the sausage to a slow cooker.
In the slow cooker pot, along with the chorizo, stir in the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and processed cheese.
Cook the pot on Low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
