  • 1 cup fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 liter club soda or sparkling water
  • Juice of 2-3 lemons
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish optional


Prepare the Ginger Syrup:
