Air Fried Chicken Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Coat each piece in breadcrumbs or panko, pressing lightly so the crumbs stick.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange the chicken poppers in a single layer. Spray the tops with a little more cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the poppers are crisp and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dip such as honey mustard, spicy mayo, or barbecue sauce.
