Loaded nachos are the ultimate snack for sharing, or keeping all to yourself. They’re crunchy, melty, and easy to make with whatever you have in your kitchen. Here’s how to make a perfect batch that hits every craving.
Loaded Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella
- ½ cup black beans rinsed and drained
- ½ cup corn kernels
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño sliced (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For serving:
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa or pico de gallo
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven

Heat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Layer the chips and toppings

Spread half the tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle with half the cheese, beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, and olives. Add the remaining chips and repeat the layers with the rest of the toppings.
Bake until melted

Place the tray in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Add the fresh toppings

Once out of the oven, sprinkle with jalapeños, a little salt and pepper, and fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately

Serve hot with bowls of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
