Cauliflower's a little bland on its own, so let's give it some crunch and zest!
- 6 cups cauliflower florets
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 extra large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 .7 ounce package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- ½ cup olive oil for frying or as needed
Mince up the cauliflower in a food processor, then pour the bits into a bowl.
Stir the flour, eggs, baking powder, and dressing mix into the bowl with the cauliflower bits.
Cover the bottom of a frying pan with the olive oil, then heat it up on medium heat.
Drop big tablespoons of cauliflower mix into the oil and let 'em fry until they turn golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
