Lo-Cal Lemon Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into small strips
- salt & pepper
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 100 g asparagus cut into thirds
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Cook the chicken in a pan with salt & pepper to taste on medium-high heat.

When the chicken is almost done, add the garlic and stir.

Add in the asparagus and stir.

Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and soy sauce and mix well. Serve over rice.
