One Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 half cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  3. Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and milk, then add the egg noodles. Stir well.
  5. Cover and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
  6. Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
