- 8 oz 225g noodles (spaghetti, rice noodles, or your favorite type)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional for some heat
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for garnish
- 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley optional for garnish
- Sesame seeds optional for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Noodles:
