Greek Feta Dip
Are you ready to rock your party? This creamy, tangy Greek feta dip appetizer takes only a couple minutes to prepare and goes perfectly with Pita chips and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- 12 oz feta cheese
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 oz block cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
- lemon juice and zest
- salt
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbps freshly chopped dill more for garnish
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- pita chips for serving
Instructions

With a hand mixer, beat feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, oil, and lemon juice and zest in a big bowl until it's all fluffy and combined. Season with salt and red pepper flakes, then stir in the dill.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top it with cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and a little drizzle of oil.
