Spiced Shrimp with Avocado Oil

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil divided
- lime wedges
Instructions

Sprinkle the shrimp with sugar and salt. Combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, and oregano, and lightly coat the shrimp with the resulting mixture.

Heat a big nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 1 teaspoon oil and half of the shrimp, and sauté for 4 minutes or until done. Take the shrimp out of the pan. Repeat the procedure with 1 teaspoon oil and the remaining shrimp. Place the shrimp on a platter and drizzle remaining 2 1/2 teaspoons oil over it. Serve with lime wedges.
