Wrap some crunchy asparagus in some crispy bacon!
- 1 pound fresh asparagus trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 slices bacon or more to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
In a big bowl, place the asparagus and pour the olive oil over it. Make sure each spear is coated. Wrap 2 to 3 asparagus spears with 1 slice of bacon, and repeat that until all the asparagus and bacon is used up.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat, making sure to lightly oil the grate. Grill the wrapped asparagus until bacon turns crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side, and give a little season with the pepper.
