Corn Dog Cupcakes

A "stickless" twist on carnival style corn dogs.

Ingredients
- 1 Package of Corn Bread Mix
- 1 1/2 Cups of Water
- 3 Hotdogs
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Mix corn bread mix and water in large mixing bowl with whisk
- Cut hotdogs into thirds
- Arrange cupcake liners in baking tray
- Fill liners halfway with cupcake mix
- Insert one third of hotdog to center of mixture
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes
- Garnish top with a small amount of ketchup
