Wrap that Apple Pie in a Crispy Tortilla!

Apple Enchiladas

An easy finger dessert recipe. If you don't like apples, substitute in any fruit you want!

Ingredients

  • 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling
  • 6 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cup margarine
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Turn the oven up to 350 F.

  2. Spoon your apples out evenly onto the tortillas, and give each a little sprinkle of cinnamon. Roll the tortillas up and place on lightly greased 8x8 baking pan, seams down.

  3. In a medium sauce pan, get the margarine, sugars, and water boiling. Turn the heat down to a simmer and stir the mix constantly for 3 minutes.

  4. Pour the sauce evenly over tortillas. Feel free to add a little extra cinnamon if you want. Bake everything in the oven for 20 minutes.
