Beer Cheese Dip
Super smooth cheese dip, great with soft pretzels.
- 32 ounces Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup Guinness beer
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional
Heat the cheese in a slow cooker on High for about 20 minutes, or until melted.
Stir the beer, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if you're using it) into the melted cheese until it's all smooth and heated through, stirring frequently, around 10 minutes.
