Cranberry Sauce

Turkey and cranberries: a winning combination.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Heat up a medium saucepan on medium heat. When it's hot, add the sugar and orange juice, and let the sugar dissolve. Stir in the cranberries and cook for around 10 minutes. When the cranberries start popping, you're ready. Take the pan off the heat and pour the sauce into a bowl. As the sauce cools off, it should get nice and thick.
