White Chocolate Cheesecake
Delightfully light, fluffy, and tender.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 3 large eggs separated
- 3/4 cup white chocolate
Instructions

Melt the white chocolate until smooth.

Mix cream cheese fully into the white chocolate.

Incorporate the egg yolks into the mix.

Beat the egg whites until fluffy.

Whisk in 1/4 of the egg whites to the cream cheese mixture and lightly fold in the rest.

Bake in a parchment lined cake pan on a sheet pan with a water bath.

Remove and cool for 30 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
