Chilled Pea Soup

This chilled pea soup is the best version of any and all pea soups!

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g peas
  • 300 ml chicken stock
  • 50 ml double cream
  • salt and pepper
  • mint leaves


  1. Fry the garlic and onion with olive oil.

  2. Boil the peas and chicken stock together with the onion and garlic.

  3. Blend them in a blender with the cream.

  4. Store the soup in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  5. Garnish with salt, pepper, and mint leaves.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
