Crunchy Cabbage Chips

Choose these chips instead of kale next time

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes


  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper


  1. Take apart head of cabbage and rip the leaves into bite sized pieces.

  2. Place the leaves in a bowl.

  3. Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan over the leaves and mix them up.

  4. Place the leaves on a wire rack and bake them for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  5. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
