Germany's favorite sausage snack in bite-sized sliders.
- 2 sausages cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tspn cooking oil
- 1 onion diced
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 tspn paprika powder
- 1 tspn chili powder
- 1 tspn mustard powder
- 1 tspn curry powder
- salt and pepper
- slider buns
Heat cooking oil in a skillet and cook sausages on medium-high heat until nice and browned on all sides. Remove sausages from pan and cook onion until tender.
Add canned tomatoes, paprika, chili, mustard, curry powder and salt & pepper to taste. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
Place 2-3 sausages on a bun and top with the tomato sauce. Enjoy
