A sausage wrap best paired with a stiff drink.
- 1/2 tspn paprika
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 1/2 tspn black pepper
- 1 chicken breast sliced widthwise to be opened like a book
- 3 slices edam cheese
- 1 chipolata sausage
- 3 slices bacon
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Tenderize the chicken breast and sprinkle the dry rub on.
Wrap the sausage in the edam cheese and wrap again with the chicken breast. Sprinkle more of the dry run on the outside of the wrap.
Wrap the chicken breast with 2 slices of edam cheese and then wrap the entire thing with the bacon.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
