Chocolate-Covered Potato Chips

  • 1 bag semisweet chocolate 12 oz.
  • 1 bag potato chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tabelspoon aleppo pepper


  1. In a medium sized saucepan, bring water a boil. Place a glass bowl filled with chocolate over top, making sure it doesn't touch the water. Add coconut oil and melt.
  2. Once smooth, dip half of each chip into the mixture.
  3. Set on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds, raw sugar, or aleppo pepper.
  4. Decorate as desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy! 😀
