These Crispy Sweet Potato Chips Are Oven-Baked

Sweet Potato Chips

Sweet, crispy, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes 2 lbs
  • 1 cup whole Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon harissa
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Scrub and slice your sweet potatoes into medium-sized slices.
  3. Toss with olive oil, cumin, coriander, garlic, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  4. Place on baking sheet and roast, flipping halfway, for 25-30 minutes.
  5. To make the dipping sauce: Mix yogurt, harissa, cilantro, lime juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy! 😀
