Delicious pancake squares filled with fresh fruit that can be frozen for up to a month.

Ingredients
- 4 cups pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup strawberry sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberry
- 1 cup raspberry
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425˚F

Pour the pancake mix, milk, and eggs into your bowl and mix lightly. Lumps are ok.

Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and spread out to the edges.

Place sliced strawberry on top of batter, then the blueberries and raspberries.

Bake until golden brown.

Cut into squares.
